This year, the U17 team will be traveling to Seattle for the Battle of Bothell and to Treasure Island in San Francisco for the All West Showcase.  These two tournaments will offer players a chance to showcase their skills to many college coaches looking to recruit on the West Coast.

Players who are looking to play on a college team will benefit from this intense summer of lacrosse. While staying fun and exciting, Sacramento U17 team will be facing some great competitors and will learn to step up their game not only as individuals, but as a team.

Sac Heat offers players the chance to compete with your local competition during the off season, allowing for a sense of pride and community with the Sacramento lacrosse family.

Dedicating yourself to an Elite Travel team is a full commitment and should not be taken lightly. This year, we are refocusing to create a Sacramento U17 team that truly represents the best of the best. If you are selected to play, you should be willing and able to commit yourself fully to the practice and game schedule, as well as fully understanding the rules of the team.

This year, players will be required to pay the total costs involved in fielding an elite travel team. The final costs may vary slightly depending on tournament selection, but below is what each player should expect to pay to cover their portion of the team costs (these costs do not include individual travel and lodging costs):

Tournament Entry Fees:  $200.00*
Coaches Stipend:              $100.00
Coaches Travel:                $65.00
Uniforms/Equipment:     $70.00
Administrative Costs:       $40.00
TOTAL TEAM DUES:  $475.00

*These costs do NOT include personal travel costs.
